Leave it be. Its natural, and its just bits of soil usually snag the shell but the leafs will open by themselves and it'll come off. Now if its stretching and grows a few CM then tackle it. But as for now, leave her be, you risk burning her if she's not ready to come out as I don't know how deep you planted her so she might still be showing she isn't ready to come out yet and its still in development. 2-3cm if it hasn't come off then lightly grab the shell and pull it apart, (do not pull it up) like you being breaking a nut. Good luck

Leave it. The seed coating contains nutrients that the coteyledons need. Put a cone over it to increase humidity.

If she's starting to stand up, I'd leave her alone to do her thing... trying to pry the seed coat off is risky at best as you're apt to pull the entire seedling out of the ground or damage the tender stem and kill her in the process. Good luck...

If your going to try and pick it off be very careful, I have done this before and killed a seedlings but also saved one. Best tools I used where needle noise tweezers. Sometimes it does not want to come off and there is nothing that can be done about it. Wetting can help but not to wet want to try and avoid dampening off. High HasbullaGrowz, just try wetting the seed coat every few hours and allow 24 hours for it to fall off on its own. By wetting the seed coat you make it shofter and easier to peal of. You can use a cuttonbud to gently dip the seed coat and make it moist. Most of the times the seedling will now be able to throw the helmet off. If it does not come off on its own, repeat moistening it and then using either tweezers or the tips of your fingers, gently pull at the seed coat. And push the both sides appart with your fingers so the gap becomes wider. And then use the tweezers or your nails to pull them further appart. Goodluck! 😋
