Is this salt/mineral deposit? All over medium/bucket and plant

This plants ph should be at 5.8, the ppm for a plant this small, if it's a photo then 400 ppm 0.4 ec and the other girls I see should be at around 600 ppm 1.2 ec. 800 ppm max usually for hydroponics when their in late veg. Cut your feed back on the baby to 400 ppm and increase every week by 100 ppm only if you see good growth. Stop at 800 ppm. If their autos start at 200 ppm and finish at 600 to 650 ppm
