If any if you guys have an idea about that ? maybe light too high ? too much water ? since i'm a noob i really have no idea if it's 2 different problem !

Your quite high with the feed for a young plant, your soil will have nutrition in it for 1st 3 weeks then you need to add small amount to top it up.

I generally wouldn't use any nutrients at the beginning, just saying from experience. The soil is usually already heavily pre-fertilized, and you really hardly need to water at that size. Most of it is drawn from the air anyway, since the root structure isn't fully developed yet. At the beginning, you should be more concerned about not drowning the substrate. Best regards.

The twist in the leaves I think it’s completely fine I would be more worried about the discolouration of that strip in between the ridges of the leaf. That looks like it could potentially be some form of lockout or too much nutrients. I would first test the pH of the water than test the pH of the soil if your pH is on par then is more than likely over fertilization
