Staking branches up

So I'm thinking I need to possibly stake some of my branches up. After this flower stretch it's almost as if my lst did nothing 😂. I was wondering how to go about that and what the best method for my current set up?

Either get a scrog net to support the branches. Or put some canes in the soil. Good luck

Watering practice okay?When I water, I run 2 gallons of Ro water through every plant. I let them sit and drain for about an hour then I proceed to water them again, but this time with nutes (1100 ppm/6.4 ph). Let them drain, then they go back into the tent. Is that a waste or not? I have no issue.

Sugar in feed water (every feed?)So the person I got clones off told me to add maple sugar to my feed water. 1-tbls a gallon . Never heard this before and he didn't explain why. Does anyone do this ? Darkness before flipping crop?I'm getting ready to flip my crop to flower. What's the significance of giving the crop 25 - 36 hours of darkness before flipping? In the past, I would just flip the lights to 12 and 12 and introduce the flowering fertilizer slowly while reducing the foliage solution.

Does the size of container /indoor plastic in Coco coir make a difference in flowering?I am experimenting with flowering in 1 gallon plastic containers. Coco coir as the Medium. Feeding twice a day min. So far the plants are looking great for 2 weeks into flowering using this method. My last grow was in 7 gallon fabric pots. Rootball was no bigger than 1 gallon.
