Staking branches up

So I'm thinking I need to possibly stake some of my branches up. After this flower stretch it's almost as if my lst did nothing ๐. I was wondering how to go about that and what the best method for my current set up?

Either get a scrog net to support the branches. Or put some canes in the soil. Good luck
