On my last grow I had a massive plant, trained extensively and was an absolute beast , the plant ended up going and throwing bananas out , but I'm certain my tent was to hot and my plant was to close to the light which is why I just cut it down , should I try that again, temps 👌

I find my girls do best when switched to 12 12 when they hit about 20 to 24 inches. Cheers
