if you only notice it on one plant and not the other. It's pointing towards a male.
Your journal also says its from "bottom of the bag seeds", guessing this might be seeds from weed previously purchased or grown?
If that's the case, it means that weed may have been unintentionally pollinated and the genetics of it are unknown, it could have pollinated itself or been pollinated by another stressed plant or been pollinated by a male. This all boils down to two answers, its more prone to hermi traits if it was pollinated by a stressed female or its a natural male and that's a 50/50 chance with regular seed.
more info is needed, but overall it looks to be a male.
