White pistils are still not ripe yet.
The best thing is do check your buds with a jewellers loupe or a pocket microscope. If the tricomes are clear she’s not ripe yet.
It’s not until your tricomes get milky white or hazy that she’s ready to be picked.
Clear tricomes mean more time needed to ripen.
Hazy tricomes means peak potency and she’s ready to pick or you can wait for some tricomes to turn amber, potency is on a decline at this point but flavour profile will increase during this time.
