If you go to 11/13 she will stop re-flowering and finish maturing.
Personally, I harvest when there are 95-98% brown pistils, regardless of trichome colour, as this is when the plant has maximum THC.
Besides, not all plants get amber trichomes.
Some others can have 80% amber/brown trichomes after only 4 weeks in flower!
Once the plant has 100% brown pistils, it is near death and a near death plant can not support healthy THC, leading to buds with elevated CBD and CBN levels, making you very relaxed/sleepy/couch locked/comatosed, but not very high.
If I were you, I would also be doing everything to lower the humidity further, some of those old yellow leaves are showing signs of fungal attack.
