When to flush? is it time?

6 WW x BB. 2 plants look alot more mature than the rest - the rest seem to be a week behind - when should I start the flush judging from the latest photos? all info is greatly appreciated! the pics below are one that looks more ready and the other not

Harder to tell with the photos they look washed out.
Judge readiness for harvest by the trichomes of the plant.
10-30% amber and its good to go. Look for the trichomes on the buds themselves vs the sugar leaves.
Flush once you see 10% amber. At the end of your 5-7day flush they will be 30%

First photo is foxtailing already so I would "flush her " and chop in a week max, other girl by my own experience can go up to 4 weeks from now, she has potential to be massive, if you feed and care about her well.

Can’t you just treat each plant accordingly? Or are you working from a common reservoir?
That second one is gorgeous, love that bud structure.
I don’t even flush, I just taper nutrients the last 10 days or so.. down to about 0.5 EC when I chop.
But that’s a highly debated subject..

Bud rot! Should I harvest early?I wasn’t finding any mold or mildew except a few leaves until today. Had about 4days of rain and now there’s a bit of rot in every large bud it seems like. About 10 days of sun coming up now, so should I just cut the rot out and wait 1-2 weeks? Or chop now and make hash?

Getting better yields from small plantsShe's well into flower but in my opinion, she's too short for it. What can I do to make the flowering process go as well as possible considering her short 15cm stature?
The side nodes are barely 5cm tall and are already flowering. With no new leaves growing it might get rough.

White/green thing appearing in middle of bud?Buds are getting close to harvest. Just noticed a white thing right in the middle of one of the buds. Any idea what it is? It seems hard to the touch. Is it part of the plant/stem? Is it a seed? (do autos even make seeds?) Is it rot/something from a bug?

Strange looking budsOne of my plants is starting to flower like the other 7 in the grow tent, but its buds look different. Instead of lots of white hairs, there are only some white hairs and what appears to be more vegetative growth coming out of the bud sites. Anyone recognize this? See photos.
