Hello community. Here is my "dos si dos Autoflo." It only produced one shoot at the second node. Could someone tell me what caused this phenomenon? On my side, I'm wondering if it's possible that under-fertilization could cause this phenomenon?

Power outage- don’t wanna take too much away from furnace and other household itemsSo power went out 48hrs ago, plants have been in complete darkness.
