Only one branches at the second node

Hello community.
Here is my "dos si dos Autoflo." It only produced one shoot at the second node. Could someone tell me what caused this phenomenon? On my side, I'm wondering if it's possible that under-fertilization could cause this phenomenon?

PHI messed up & forgot to PH balance my water before using it. It was 9.4 before I mixed in molasses & formulex. I put 1 gallon in each pot. I realized right after I did that, that I forgot. I tried to fix it by adding a 1/2 gal. To each of just plain 6.1 ph water. What now tho ??

Accidentally cracked the stem on top what to do?I was looking in LST and see how i’d get this sorted in the small space. While doing so I accidentally broke the top main branch. What do I do? It cracked and stuff is oozing out. Sprouting delay. How long do I wait? Are lights on and fans running important while waiting for germinated seeds to sprout? I lightly water the medium.Germinated autos by paper towel method, & put them in soil 2 days ago. The still haven't sprouted out of the soil. How long should I wait? I'm trying to keep humidity between 60-70% and temperature 20-24C. The LEDS are on 18/6 and the fans are running for the pots. What do I do?Plant. Other
