Leaf looks on max healthy green fo bottom part of plant, aka most matured, they are not overfed from this view. Veins could be some magnesium lack, Epsom salt easiest way, or just small temperature swing, genetics, could be many things, doesn't look like a thing to worry at least for now .. All the Best !!!

That looks healthy to me.. much more green tho and I’d say yes Nitrogen excess. Also, look for some glossiness too it. That’s the obvious N toxicity symptom.. darker and glossy looking. The red petiole / stem can be from strain or lights and it’s not to worry then. But it can be phosphorus deficiency symptom..

Lead looks great just the right amount of nitrogen :) Purple is common it can be affected by colder temps or just part of that strains Genes. Keep up the good work

some stems are purple in cannabis. I would not think to much about it. LST or LEDs can turn them this colour. Do you happen to have any other photos from your grow?

@420USA Gday Mate I think those leaves are fine just wondering why you are doing defol? those leaves provide energy to the plant and removing them should be avoided unless needed
