Is it normal for a seedling to look a bit on the yellow side? Came out of soil and put under light today. TIA.

Try not to worry so much, Its fresh and will let you know how its doing in the next few days.
Keep you humidity up in the 80% range and don't over water.
It will bounce back if you treat it right.

can a plant be "frozen in time" (mid flowering) or is she just slow?These 2 are the same age, but one is more advanced than the other.
