Did I top her too early? She’s become real bushy and leafy. Not sure if I should be trimming the lower area yet or just let her grow. About 4 weeks in veg. Thanks!

Just remember -

Nah she look fantastic!! Could use a top dressing or a feed of something thou, but other than that shes killer. Dont touch her, dont trim her yet unless there are leaves sitting on the soil and looking a bit bleh.. But at this stage you want as many leaves as possible to suck up all that expensive light your giving her. If you could glue more leaves onto her Id tell you to do that. lols. Shes a mini beast so keep it up.. give her a feed and just sit back and be proud.

depends whether you are planning on using LST or not.
you could let the two main stems lengthen a bit before pinning them down and topping again

Topped the same way with 2 different results?? First time growerI tried to top 2 plants in the same way but one main shoot stopped growing, but the other had two new growths come right out of the old stem, as well as 2 bushier side stems.
I am just wondering what I did differently and if both plants should work out fine.

Which node is number 1When counting nodes for the first topping, which node is number 1? The cotyledons? First single serrated leaf? 1st 3 fingered leaf? I'm counting pairs of leaves as those are where the nodes are, just not sure which to count as number 1. Personally, i say first 3 fingered leafWeek 2

One new top shoot died what i HST yesterday.super sad thing.The other one looks strong.
I angled the left shoot with a 45 degree. So the Botton shoot can
get more light and be a backup Top? I dont know maybe i cut it down
I have 3 nodes now. If i cut the top one i lose lot grow.
