Is my plant flowering?

Please see my image for day 24 marked grow question 1: Is she in the early stages of flowering? Is this officially the end of the vegetative stage? If you were to estimate, then how long do you believe she has been in vegetative stage and how long she has left, if any? Thank you!

I looked at your day 24 image and she is starting to show sex.
The Pistils or white hairs means its a girl.
This also means showing that she will soon enter flowering stage.
Showing sex is first part of maturating.
Preflower she will start to stretch more and then enter into flower with mini bud sites.

I want to know why it isn't growing as fast (if fast is even the right term) as the others.
The stock is by far the thickest of the three, but the growth up top is scarce. What gives!?!?!?!

How much time usually it takes for your autos to get from crystal to cloudy or mostly cloudy to amber etc..
