If my soil ph is around 7.0, should I try to bring it down by watering with lower ph’d water? I think my plant looks great, I do have some burnt leaf ends, but overall I’m happy.

If your growing in soil, real soil, I'd aim for a PH of 6.5-6.8
If your using liquid nutrients you may need the PH to be a bit lower. 6.2
Hydro style setup like coir or peat is 5.8 in veg, 6.2 in flower for PH range
