I agree with hempkid. It's your plant and your experience, I get you wanna give real results and all. I do the opposite of hempkid I start as soon as she's in the soil. Do a germ week then plant and start that as ur first week. Or do hempkid way, but if you wanna be accurate plating time starts as soon as seed is in the ground. Goodluck

good question. I count anything I do to the seed and soil before it pops out of the medium with its baby leaves at Germination week. After this I count as week 1. I may round a day or two to make it match a Sunday or Monday. So anytime I am uploading a diry on my week 1 I have already entered week two. Some people like to break this down into day. like day 14 day 15... day 45 ext. within the weekly entry on their joural. Its all up to you and how you want to do this on your grow. I myself like weekly updates, I'm not doing to many things in the day to day. Best Of Luck and Happy Growing!
