So can anyone tell me from experience what are good light dimmer settings and height above seedlings for a SpiderFarmer SF7000? And for the other stages of life would be great. First time using LED's and don't want to fry my babies, I used to use MH and HPS lights.

They have light intensity PPFD maps available on their product page.
They said germination is 24-30" at 50% power.

Best thing to do is get a light meter. It helped me greatly with LED. Free one that works great once calibrated is called ppfd meter found in Google play.

Hey. Your sight is a strong one alright but. But this stands for nearly all lights ur power and mine. 1-2 wk you get away with 50% 80 for veg and that little kick for flowering I like the 100% for that.

what ppfd for 20/4 autoflower?Just bought the FC-4800 and before this I had always measured my light using inches away from canopy however I want to learn how to use the light using PPFD. I have found average measurements online but what should I aim for for a 20/4 autoflower schedule please?

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

Leaves "praying" after lowering the lampI am in week 4th of flowering Laughing Buddha, 220W LED ~60cm from tops. Today I have lowered the lamp and the leaves started "praying", on one (higher) plant the other, mostly-indica Holy Punch seems unaffected. I am curious, is there too much light or sweet spot and it's good?
