You don't seem to have any really powerful lights, so I would say to run all three, but make sure they are not too close. Cannabis is of course perfectly capable of living in the most powerful light, the Sun. The fact you are growing "Super Skunk" means yes, you should be noticing quite a noticeable smell and while she is only under the one light, this may not be enough to stimulate terpene production to her best ability. If you decide to run all 3 lights, make sure you are at home for the first day and check your plant often, to make sure everything is ok and she doesn't freak out with the extra lights.
