I keep my soil moist all the time, but not soaking wet., damp... but I think you are plugging along just fine!! 3rd week of flower and I assume they are photos and not autos. Personally I would defoliate some...but I defoliate ALL the time.. within 3 days you can't tell I plucked a shit ton of leafers! lol
