Now I’m familiar with using Rockwool cubes and air pruning roots in cubes but well I don’t know if it’s me being impatient but the roots don’t seem to be taking to the Rockwool cube. Now I’m thinking they have transplant shock from being put under 600w light or transplant to cube

Because they are on strike for putting them in a bloody non biodegradable medium..... just kidding... Just add some liquid mycorrhizae and the roots will grow faster .

Sorry to ask For the second time , do i need to defoliate this girls or no ?In days we have %25 humidity in nights its like %40-%48 humidity Do i need to defoliate or lollipoping? My plants have a dense foliage and some branches are outgrowing the main colas. I've been tucking the fan leaves around and I tried to gently push the branches to the sides but I think that might not be enough. What can I do to fix both things without stressing them too much? 😵
