Hi guys, I have 2 LED units ( real power draw for each is about 130 W ) and I suspect lighting power is about 300-400 W for each unit. Should I use them both as from now or should I just use one and wait for the girls to flower to turn on the second ? I am growing in a 4x4 tent.

Real power draw is what matters, light power does not exist it's just marketing crap. Anyway, you need 30 to 40 led watts per sq ft. So, for a 4*4 tent you have 16 sq ft, which needs 480 to 640 watts. Both LEDS give you a total of 260 watts, at most it covers an area of 260/30=8.6 sq ft roughly a 3*3 tent.

If you could dim your lights, i suggest that. Start with 1 and add the other as they get larger (2-3 weeks). No need to blast them with 260 watts when they are small. If you are planning on filling out the grow tent, i suggest supplemental lighting. If you dont add any lighting you will be very concious how you manage your canopy and light spacing. defoliate during flowering I defoliated the girls a week before I flipped. Now they are on their first week 12/12 cycle. The bushyness has bounced back right up and it's touching each other. should I leave it till flowering day 21 or cut back now, but I'm worry it will stunt any growth?
