Pests in roots / Diatomaceous earth(amorphous silica) safe to use in coco?

Running a coco grow and I’m starting to see small root pests, was going to top the pots with diatomaceous earth and dry down root balls.

What kind of pest is this?The pictures of leaves show the symptoms and the microscope pics are of what I believe to be the culprit, suspended in scotch tape for ease of view. With the naked eye they looked like little black spots and they bunched up right below the affected spots.

Possible spider mites?I can't get a good pic of it but I've found with loupe a couple black dots here and there one 1 plant. I'm not sure what it is. They aren't moving. Do I have bugs?!?!Do I have bugs?? I noticed these little black dots appearing the last week or 2 on my auto, I've taken a couple off with tweezers, they are super tiny, but I've never seen them moving, tried getting good pics under jewelers loupe, I still can't tell what I'm looking at

Root Knot Nematode? Larvae? I think it killed this seedling.I found some type of critter crawling around what was left of the root of a dead seedling. Weird leafs. Rust colored spots on leaves. Please help! Thanks3 days ago found one tiny leafhopper, haven’t seen any more. Misted the leaves with dish soap and water. Just got Natria Organic Insecticidal Soap, haven’t used because the plants are in dark. Now have rust colored spots on leaves. Is it from leafhoppers, dish soap, other? Thanks
