I got a clone yesterday that I have had sitting in the window sill for 12 hours, and an additional 6 under the grow light at night, and 6 hours dark. My leaves are kindve clawing/folding up towards itself. Should I leave it under 18 hour grow light until it gets stronger leaves?

Leaves clawing upwards could mean lots of different things depending on the conditions. Over watering could be one of them, if its that Solo Cup Blue Cheese, I might lean towards that. Although it could be other things like improper ph, too close to a grow light, low humidity, wind, etc. I would try to make sure its conditions are good and try to let the soil dry a bit before watering again, otherwise it looks healthy. Also, side note: I would be very careful about pests, depending on where it was sourced from.

Help: potential over fertilisation or over waterningI used Biobizz bio grow, 2ml/L and sprayed them more than usual. The tip of the leaves is getting yellow. 2 plants have the leaves pointing down and seem more textured and tick. The other 2 (the biggest) seem better, but the yellowing of the leaves is more evident.
