Second grow. Using HLG 260w Qb and Hyperfan stealth 6 inch attached to a can lite carbon filter in a 2x4 Mars hydro tent.
Growing in 5 smart pot with 60% peat moss/Perlite pre mix and 40% forest soil and organic compost.
Germinated seed in paper towel over 48 hours (could've gone into the soil by 24 hours as the tail was already peeking). Potted on the 15th and Day 1 pic is 24 hours old from potting :)
- Day 2 misting twice a day with river water. Going fine so far.
- Day 3 all good
- Day 4 going steady
- Day 5 nothing to report
- Day 6 growing nicely
- Day 7 looking okay
- Day 8 gave her 1L of watering with some root stims
- Day 9 all going well.
- Day 10 another 1L watering with stims today. Make sure to put a little at the roots and the rest round the pot
- Day 11 seems to be picking up speed now. Veg nutes next week.
- Day 12 another 1L watering of stims. She's growing fast
- Day 13 all seems well
- Day 14 another 1L watering with stims.
- Day 15 she's growing quite well. Gonna start with veg nutes this week and a bit of lst after. Fingers crossed
- Day 16 another round of stims in 1L of water with some veg nutes. Hoping for no cal mag problems but as soon as I get some egg shells I'll do a soil amendment
- Day 17 going well. Added some crushed egg shells to the top soil and mixed it in for some organic cal mag.
- Day 18 all good. Gave her 1L of plain water for a change. Going to try giving nutes only once or twice a week.
- Day 19 added some more egg shell amendment to the soil and mixed it in the top layer.
- Day 20 1L watering today with plain water and some LST
- Day 21 a little more lst today but she's looking good!
- Day 22 all is well. 1L watering with some nutes.
- Day 23 all is well :)
- Day 24 gave her 1L plain water and did some light defoliation of the big fan leaves. She's nitrogen sensitive it seems so gonna cut that next week.
- Day 25 all is well :)
- Day 26 trying a 2L plain watering today and will see how she reacts.
- Day 27 she seems to react well to 2L watering. LST'd her a little more today.
- Day 28 she was already a little droopy today from underwatering. Thirsty girl. Gave her 2L watering with 3ml root juice and 0.25 ml fish mix per litre as she had a little nitrogen burn. Also noted some early signs of cal mag def but i noticed it only after the watering so next time I'll give her some Epsom. She seems to be a little fussy this one.
- Day 29 seems to have picked up after underwatering. Started showing some small Pistils so I think we can shift her to flower nutes this week. Hope she gets better
- Day 30 2L watering with a half tsp Epsom salts today to fight any cal mag deficiency. We'll see how she reacts.
- Day 31 she seems to have taken it well. Gonna give her some more epsom tomorrow just in case.
- Day 32 Watered her with 2L and 1 tsp Epsom. Hope to not run into any cal mag def
- Day 33 looking good so far.
- Day 34 gave her a 2L watering with some nutes. Started with bloom nutes this week. Hoping she goes well.
- Day 35 looking good and she's starting her stretch.
- Day 36 2L watering of plain water. Gonna feed her lightly this one as she's super fussy. Also gave her a foliar spray of 1ml activera and algamic with 1/2 tsp Epsom just to see what happens.

- Day 39 she seems okay. Still lacking some calmag in my opinion
- Day 40 2L watering with nutes and 1/2 tsp Epsom per litre. Also gave some foliar spray.

- Day 43 she seems to be doing well despite the calmag issue.
- Day 44 2L watering with nutes today as I saw some slight purple so I upped the bloom.
- Day 45 seems to have taken the nutes well.
- Day 46 2L watering with Epsom today and a little bit of defoliation.
- Day 47 she's looking good. Much better than my previous grow. Only wish I had some calmag supplement but Epsom seems to help
- Day 48 2L watering with 1/2 tsp Epsom per litre. Gonna keep on giving her Epsom just in case.

- Day 50 2L watering with 1/2 tsp Epsom per litre and nutes. Kept them the same level as previous week.

- Day 63 she's looking good. At least I've avoided a lot of rusty spots this time round
- Day 64 2L watering with nutes today. Upped everything but the bloom by 1 ml and removed grow as she's finished her stretch.

Leaf tips on all my grows turn upwards slightly. I'm using a 260w HLG Quantum board LED light which is about 2.5ft away from the plant and temps never get higher than 27 degrees with about 60% humidity. Could it be calmag deficiency?
Hey there, this does not look like calmag deficiency, those curls usually indicate something to do with root problems, which seems likely after almost three months of heavy feeding , your PH is a bit high due to the Alg-a-mic which is causing some issues at the roots. Instead of a plain water feed / flush the next two weeks, try adding an enzyme to this stage, like cut out the nutes like you were going to but flush with either enzymes for two three weeks or another flushing agent the last week and hopefully it will break down the problem roots and the plant will recover just in time. - Day 78 started her flush since yesterday so nothing bit water from here on out. She's looking really good and has a nice citrus smell coming from her already

- Day 87 all good. She's not as stinky as I'd hoped. Smells more citrus and earthy but we'll see after harvest
- Day 88 all good. She's looking ready for harvest tomorrow :)
To grow her was very easy. Just as long as you go light in the Nitrogen in veg you won't have a problem. Maybe even add a terp booster towards the final stage of flowering to increase the smell and taste.
The buds are 50/50 dense to fluffy. Certainly not as dense as my previous grows.
The smell is a bit more on the mango side and a slight note of citrus and sweetness. Overall definitely not as flavorful as I'd have imagined, even when she was in late stage flower.
The high however is nice and relaxing. I grew this for my significant other and she is enjoying it very much. Not too indica and more of an energetic head high and not too much couch lock.
I'll give her another go sooner or later but I'm not that impressed.
