Is this a Herm? Seems to be a Herm to me. I don't see signs on any of the other plants. But in a 3x3 are they all screwed?

Yep, a hermie. Unless it has released pollen your other plants should not have seeds yet. Having a hermie in a tent with other plants will not make those other plants hermie, which is controlled by genetics. You will have to remove the hermie in order to prevent the other plants ending up full of seeds. Seeds made with hermie pollen will not be feminised, however they will carry dominant genes for being hermies themselves. Sadly there is no use for hermies, unless you are trying to breed a line of hermaphrodite plants! Hope this helps, Organoman.

It's clearly a male pollen sac. Kill the plant before it pollinates the others. Anything else would be too risky

That is a male pollen sac.. it does not mean itā€™s a seed inside there.. A male pollen sac opens and spreads pollen onto female stigmas which then form a seed within the bracts.

looks like a sac... before tehy open they don't spread pollen.. you can try to pull them off and keep doing it each day until it finishes, or you can throw the plant out. imo, when it comes to infection or hermies with sacs, i'd toss it out. it can only get worse from there. is all the effort for the next X weeks worth the grams of bud? if not toss it.... the risk of seedingn every plant in there if just one sac opens? little nanners are no problem.. often importent or only leads to a few seeds. sacs will bomb your whole tent. if it is a bulb from a twig like projections, then it is a male pollen sac... no white pistil? pollen sac... do what you feel is best. thy will open up and the anthers inside will turn yellow as they mature. they are only a future risk before they open up. do becareful when removing them... the days before they do open up could have some viable pollen in them. misting with water can help reduce any accidental agitation and spreading of the pollen while ripping them off, carefully.

The buds look pretty normal to me and I'm 4 weeks into 12/12.

They're feminized seeds and the scary parts aren't crunchy or seed like on the inside, but I'm not sure if that matters at this point (4 weeks in flower)
