Light output once flipped 12/12

I have done it both ways and have never noticed a difference. Still, I ramp up lighting intensity over a week. I feel this gives the plant time to adjust to the higher intensity without burning. But, it all probably comes down to daily light integral. At a "local" level I think it benefits the leaves to not receive a sudden increase in intensity so I prefer to give them a more gradual increase. Like Mother Nature does outside.
