Bloom light on heat goes too high?

When turning on the bloom setting the temps seem to be getting up to 84 on the very top of my tent and around 80-82 by the bud sites.
Is this too high? Is there any problem turning the bloom high power switch off to let it cool down for a half hour once or 2 a day if too hot?

That is a bit high for temps, you need to get more ventilation going to get the hot air out and cooler air in. Turning you light off to cool it now and then is only a temp fix and will come to bite you in the butt sooner or later when you forget or are away and not able too. I run air conditioners in my bigger tents to combats this exact thing. Lol I got two 4’x8’ tents beside each other in a 14’x10’ room, both running 1000w HPS and the heat is unreal without air conditioning. Lol without AC you definitely need more air flow. Lower lighting at switch to 12/12?Do you typically want to lower your lighting when you switch to 12/12?
I'm a little confused about what is meant when they say to have a 12" light distance for flowering and 18" for veg. Does that mean lower to 12" at the switch to 12/12, or just maintain a min 12" distance?

Low Humidity and high temp or high humidity and low temp?Do you think it’s better lower temp and higher humidity (like 27 degrees c and 80 % humidity) or higher temp and lower humidity (like 29 degrees c and 60 % humidity)? When i grew non auto i just had them 3 weeks then switch the light time and changed 400w to a 600w. I learned that because they used to get hella big. And in Auto seeds i switch the spectrum after 3 weeksWeek 7
