Mutated seedling?

I have two seedlings just a few days old. Both under same conditions. One looks perfect, one looks a little curled and deformed. Anyone know if this is an issue? Or just a minor mutation?

Hello. All those cells that were inside the seed need to expand and grow. Sometimes the top grows faster than the undersides to catch as much light as possible to grow as fast as possible. It happens sometimes to the new seedlings as the others have said. Chuck.

The chances are you are fine. They can struggle at start from time to time. Usually it is a unfavorable condition.
