She's going to be just fine... if the storm had critically injured her, she would be showing it in her leaves - they would be drooping and limp - she's still taking up water and nutrition and feeding her leaves so I wouldn't worry.
Next time there is a thunderstorm coming in, or even a really heavy, driving rain (which a lot of folks are getting more and more), have some kind of structure ready to place over her that won't, itself, get knock about or blown away... As she gets bigger, you might want to put something like a tomato cage around her to help support her in winds and heavy rains..
