Root rot ?

Could this be root rot ? My bucket temp sits between 19•C/ 66,2•F to 21•C / 70•F 12 liters of water ( About 3,2 gallons ) and 8liter air pump/min ( about 2,1 gallons ) using remo nutrients ( Micro, Grow, MagnifiCal, Velokelp and some Natures candy ) btw she’s 10 days old

The one spot looks like it, But it could also be staining. The best way to tell is clean your hands thoroughly and then feel the roots, If they are slimy then its root rot. If not it's staining. If your H2O2 @3% is in a spray bottle. Then spray the infected area directly as well as what Roberts said to clear it up. Once it is cleared then you can start Hydro guard. **Hydroguard is a bacterium and will be killed with H2O2, Don't use both at the same time either go live or sterile.

I’ve just added 8ml of h202 3%, I also bought Hydroguard but thats gonna take a while before it gets here. And what you mean by root stim ? Root stimulant ? If so what would you recommend thanks

I can't see a root stim? Also a good product is florakleen for washing roots.

Are you using a sterilizing solution of any kind? Hygrozyme is one, many out there. 2 to 3 ml of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide per gallon once every 4 days will help keep it sterile also. More air you can push through the stone the better.
