Just up the light gradually over several days though. Seriously, in general I suggest gradual change with pretty much anything (unless you have serious problems you need to correct). Whether it's watering, nutrients, lighting, heat, whatever. Like I see absolutely no benefit with using say nutrients once a week, vs smaller amounts a bit more regularly.

Lower levels of light = lower yield. Imo if you want chunky dense buds then pump them right up but do it gradually over a week or so. Make sure you adjust the height if you pump them up. I think 25% would be OK for veg but in flower they really need all the energy they can get to produce.

My LED is 660w 2.7 umolsj - total output 1790 umols - i use 150-200w for seedling (from 60-70cm) - 400-500w for vegetation (60cm) - and all 660w for flowering (25-35 cm)

Now that they are flowering, I certainly would be at 100%, but seeing as how they have been growing at 25%, going to 50%, then 75% and then 100% over 10 days or so might be gentler for them. Personally, I grow at 100% from day one, without any problems. Otherwise it is a bit like having a Ferrari and only ever driving it in first gear. I would say that had you been at 100% earlier, your plants would be even greater. Hope this helps,......... Organoman.
