gREEn7o0answered grow question 3 years ago In my experience it is a thing. I tend to store my shit in Mason jars in a cabinet away from the light. If I'm going to be opening and closing the jar a lot (after it is fully cured and sitting at 66-68%rh) I will grab a humidity pack and toss it in so it doesn't drop too low.
Don't need to control the humidity outside the jar, just inside, and it stays pretty constant if you aren't fucking with it all the time. I have my jars from last harvest, been sitting at 67% rh for a couple months now since cure finished no humidity packs or anything required. I just don't open them all the time, only jar I open and close all the time is the 1 or 2 I'm smoking on.
