What are these little guys that I found in my worm castings? They look like (and probably are) little white mites, question is are they dangerous to just germinated seeds and seedlings etc.? Or are they good guys?

Hi there! This could be aphids or thrips. In both cases, if they manage to multiply they can seriously hurt your plants, I'd recommend to treat your soil & seedlings with neem oil as soon as you can, these bugs can propagate very quickly. I'll be around, keep us up-to-date about the situation, until then good luck with these babies!

Definitely aphids, Neem oil is the best solution.

They do look like root aphids and yes they are dangerous. Just in case, try to pass your finger on top of the soil and if they jump all over, then they are springtails which are benefitial.
