If all your other plants are growing normally then I would just suggest it's probably just a genetic abnormally. You could try adding extra calmag and nitrogen and see if it helps the new growth if you really wanted to? But you have lots of healthy plants there so I wouldn't worry too much

Nice grow. The issue could be under watering/light stress or a genetic one but looks more like it could be the start of a virus possibly TMV (tobacco mosaic virus). going by the mottling on the leaves. It's hard to call. If she starts throwing out some reasonably normal leaves without color variations she may be able to produce. I wouldn't take the chance of contaminating the rest of your grow and future grows I would pull her then sterile anything and everything that is used on the rest of your plants with 1 part bleach and 9 parts water solution. If you want to just want to play it safe I would separate her to see what she does it's your choice she may pull through only showing modest signs of the virus yet produce some bud for you. Hope this helps.👍

Your soil was dry so it was maybe an underwatering , if she is burning while the others are not maybe she needs to be feed less than the other because the same feeding can make a plant happy or sad depending on her daily needs. Now you said your are "guessing budrot" maybe you meant roots rot because you obviously have no buds so you'r safe , you can check the roots but I bet it will not be a problem, must be a feeding / watering issue due to the differents needs of that strain
