I agree with DissNoof. Do not use a rubber band. Constant pulling can damage the plant over time. Much better is to use twine or rubber coated wire. You can drill a series of holes around your pot near the top. Then you can attach your ties to the holes.

hey there Pepe , good question : you did it fine, but for me it's a bit dangerous with the elastic band, but it's good, really the anchor and the tie are both there, it's fine. Just remember LST is a continuous process, so dont forget to adjust it every two days or so. hope this helps ! 🚀

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. I applied two or three layers of duct tape, not sure if the constant pull of ties will allow it to heal and repair. When should I take the tape off?

What should I do with my plants that have grown thicc to receive more light? - First Grow My plants (1 auto, 1 photo) have grown a lot and are now pretty thicc. Should I remove some leaves to allow more light directly on the new growths from the nodes? More agressive LST? Leave them alone?
