Tie downs for LST. Does it ever stop? When do you stop pulling her flat and let her shoot up? Do you ever remove the ties downs? When?

I think it's up to each person, but you have many LST examples here in the forum, you can always search and check them out, that way it's easier for you to get a better idea of what you can do. I stop around 4 week of flower but depends on how much stretch it takes on.

The answers you are looking for are very subjective. You can do as much, or as little, LST as you like. Also, you can stop whenever you like. You probably don’t want to be doing much training in late flower when the branches become more rigid.
Also, I looked at your diary. If you’re really on week 9, I’d recommend switching your lights to 12/12. With an auto you should be closer to harvest by week 9 than to preflower (you’re not in flower yet). I’ve had this happen before myself. The good news is she’ll be a monster plant when she’s done!

How to Stop from growing taller?My girl is 40cm tall at day 36. my box is 70cm total. I'm running out of space! The crown is only 5cm from the lamp.I tried lst, but there's only so much I can do without snapping the main stem again. Any other suggestions? When do you start topping? Photoperiods need to LST? Can ya'll just go look at my diary and tell me if my ladies look like they should LOL.When to top or LST? Do these look stunted?
