Yep, preflowers/primordia present! Flowering in earnest should begin in about 2 weeks.

Yeah definitely starting to flower first calyx and pistils are in sight. Next week they should start to show on all apex. Happy growing

Looks like you got a couple calyxs poppin, looks like the start of flower to me.

It's not blooming yet but it's starting to. It's highly recommended to give plants 12/12 light/darkness hours for bloom. But as we can see the plant isn't ready yet, it's actually suffering from nutrient issues from the burnt tips. Normally I'd recommend to flush if this was in coco or rockwool but soil is hard to flush so it's best to just let it ride it out. Maybe adding a top soil dressing or transplanting it would help. Also those lights should be closer to the plant maybe like 1-2 feet above.
