Are these two pictures of the same plant? If so, I don't think you're anywhere near close... the plant itself is telling me it's not ready - the leaves will start to yellow and there isn't a hint of that going on. You're going to want to see the trichs start to turn amber but I can't see that happening in your photo either... I'd leave her be and let her get MUCH bigger! Good luck!

If you feel it's safer due to weather go for it friend. They are all white for what it seems but I might not be seeing as well as you there. You can harvest when all TRICHOMES are white with no translucent. That's full potency cerebral high. If you let them go brown it turns into a downer relaxing sleepy high. Don't guide yourself by the pistils!!!

No, you still have a ways to go, think about harvesting once there are 98-99% brown pistils. By the way, planting two seedlings in one pot is never a good idea, they wil compete for everything and instead of getting two plants, you get two half plants.
