There are many, easy to find jobs where it is legal. Where it is against the law, then you will technically be a criminal. For example in Canada and many US states it is a legal industry but in other US states and countries it is still highly illegal. Places like Amsterdam you need to study the laws. While coffee shops are tolerated the growing and transportation of marijuana is still illegal. So be aware of your local laws.

First search in which countries its legal like,Amsterdam. Then you can Google search places that hire people to work, and i guess depending on your knowledge about cannabis you could find something and then climb the ladder to success.

Soil problemsSo I have switched my grow medium to soil and perlite from Bat-special. I give my plants 2L of water every 4 days but the soil never holds the water as all of it comes out the bottom. is this normal? there is so much runoff. 2L of water shouldn't be pouring out a 25L pot.
