Light upgrade - From Veg to Flower - Is this upgrade good?

I want a light upgrade, for when i flip to flowering. Atm i have https://420expertguide.com/grow-light/viparspectra-300w/ And i found https://www.spider-farmer.com/products/sf-1000-led-grow-light/ My tent is 80x80-6ftx6 Would one SF1000 be enough? (go for two? Found a good offer)

I think that if you're spending money then lights are first priority they will grow very slowly with the purple leds but it's you're grow but mine hermie with purple leds so I upgraded

I know the stretch is natural, but I'm wondering if constantly raising the lights with growth is the right approach

Review this model or help me create a DIY COB plus IR plus UVB grow light.I've very limited variety of lights in this country so this is all I can find. Also there are no suppliers who provide spectrum charts or any temperature values for those lights. My goal is to make it with the best possible light spectrum. Having IR's also will help on cold days.

Change lights off time?I'm having trouble with temperature control. My nights get too cold. My current lights off time is 12am-6am. Is it possible to change it? I really want my lights off to be from 9am-3pm. I think that would help me a lot. How do I change it? Let my lights run for 27 hours?

LED's wont shut completely off Lights seem to go on a "standby mode" instead of being all the way shut when timers switch them off. Should I buy some other timers? These were brand new, cheap ones though and both the same. Lights are HLG 600 RSPEC and both did this.

1 inch seedling under a humidity dome sprayed with water in a 24x24x36 Vivosun tent. I’m using a mars hydro ts 600 watt led which is 21 inches above my seedling (small tent). Do I downgrade to my 150 watt ufo light until I can do LST? This mars led is definitely warming up things

Should I take her outdoors for 3/4 hrs daily ?They've got 53 days outdoors morning time and when the weather is good they used to stay outside all day til 6pm then back indoors until next morning at the AC comfort zone plus CFL 150 watts, now they have 600 watts LED Grow lights and no outdoors plus 100 CFL lights fan and AC
