Should I use Blue light switch or Red light switch or both for vegetative growth?I'm currently using a Giixer 1000W LED grow light. The lamp has two switches. One for "blue" light ay 450nm and one for "red" at 600-700nm. I am currently in week one of the vegetative stage. I have both switches on for "full spectrum" lighting. Blue or Red switch alone?
