VEG = MH FLOWERING = HPS

any of them can work. its what kinda of upfront costs do you want. HPS/CMH/CID lighting can be cheaper up front' but more pricey long term for parts and bulbs. Same with CFL LED is more expensive outright but best efficiency out of them all. Spectrums differ a bit, some make a lot of heat and pose more of a fire hazard. I myself like LED, but if you want to stick to CID lighting. LED if you can, if not HPS for sure. Not the best set up but you probably know that already. Good luck with your run!!

Unless you benefit from extra heat, I would suggest LED.

MH lights are more geared for veg but honest I'd just use HPS throughout the grow. I never noticed any substantial stretch when doing it.

Metal halide for veg Hight pressure sodium for bloom. Or a full spectrum all the way threw mate. Happy growing.
