did you add anything else? usually good to add som perlite to their soil. anyway, it depends a bit even if you don't amend it. their batches are not guaranteed analysis ingredients. there will be volatility. so, if the first time using it in your specific context, i'd wait for teh cotyledons to show some symptoms... they will be sacrificed before any other leaf. You'll have plenty of time to react and avoid any issues. Ramp up slowly. you probably won't reach full strength until 2months into grow. the plant doens't use much early on, obviously, but at some point will sap whatever is in the soil to start.
