Possible to mix neem oil

Hi friends, is it possible to mix neem oil with nematodes before spraying the soil against fungus gnats?
Or should I first spray the nematodes with water and the neem oilc(with water) seperately after a few hours or a day? Thank you

Outdoor aphid removal suggestions?Looks like I may have aphids on this plant. Small holes nibbled through, spotted one tiny critter and knocked it off, and then sprayed 1/4 spirit vinegar + 3/4 water mixture on the underside of the leaves, hoping to be rid of the pests. Any further suggestions or thoughts? 😐

best leaf insects repellentI have found a few bad insects on my plants past weeks. Does anyone have experience with neem oil? Is it worth a try or would I be better of buying something else?
White vinegar with dishsoap didn't help much.
The bugs are: grasshoppers, stinkbugs, spidermites & fungus gnats.

First grow mid-flower pest?Help! Is this pest damage and what kind? I have about 100-200 ladybugs in the grow tent, and have for about a month now so I would be surprised if it were aphids. The damage is not extensive but there is a little here and there. Cant find anything under leaves.

Neem oil, spinosaf and thrips. Can the spinosad harm my pretty early flowers? Also since I do this during dark cycle, will a head lamp throw confuse them?Okay, so I have some thrips. I have been told to soak those fuckers using Spinosad. I'm sure there are a lot of opinions on this but my local grow store guy said it is mist effective. Possible spider mites?I can't get a good pic of it but I've found with loupe a couple black dots here and there one 1 plant. I'm not sure what it is. They aren't moving.
