Possible to mix neem oil

Hi friends, is it possible to mix neem oil with nematodes before spraying the soil against fungus gnats?
Or should I first spray the nematodes with water and the neem oilc(with water) seperately after a few hours or a day? Thank you

white spots on trunkon the two san fernando lemon kush trunks especially and much less on others trunks there are a lot of tiny white embosed spots.
i can't see anything moving inside the gb, plants are well, but those little spots looks to me like eggs of some form of bug. should i worry? thank you

Hole in stemI found a hole in the stem. I’m not sure if it was a burrow worm or from a tie down I had there. I injected it with a liquid that kills them. (Rosemary extract because everywhere is out of BT local to me). I also sprayed it on the leaves and in the soil. Looks better now?

Just being cautious. I had a friend visit today. Long story short, before visiting me she went to a nursery notorious for spider mites. I did not know thisHow much should I be worried? She did not touch any plants directly. I cannot be certain that she had any mites on her. I am just being cautious. What is the best course of action? What could be eating my leaves?My outdoor Gorilla Glue Auto is getting eaten by something. Any thoughts on what this could be?
