Aphids Aphids BIOLOGY OF AHEAD Aphids, also known as "plant lice", are part of the Aphidoidea superfamily. They are considered one of the most destructive insect species and are true arch enemies of the cannabis plant that can completely destroy our beloved ganja. These small insects, which are about 1-10mm long, attack plant cells and suck them empty. In addition, aphids can spread deadly plant viruses that easily kill plants. Their color is usually green, but they can also appear in brown, white and black. Just like mealybugs, aphids produce honeydew, which is taken up by ants. Interestingly, ants protect aphid eggs during the winter and lay them on plants when it's warm to get this honeydew. There are more than 4,000 aphid species in the world. DAMAGE REPORT Aphids are usually found under the leaves of cannabis plants, where they protect themselves from sunlight. Brown spots form where the aphids have sucked out plant material. The honeydew they excrete shines in the light and can also cause mold. As already mentioned, aphids attract ants. The leaves can also turn yellow and start to wither. In addition, these pests can cause various diseases on the cannabis plant. Therefore, you should always consider the possibility of aphid infestation as the cause of apparently groundless diseases. PREVENT AND FIGHT A LEAF FALL Before you plant cannabis in your own garden, you should introduce some predatory and cannabis-friendly insects, such as ladybugs, aphid larvae, parasitic wasps and lacewings, all of which feed on aphids. However, the presence of these predators is unlikely to completely eliminate aphid infestation. Spinosad, insecticidal soaps, Essentria IC3 and neem oil will serve this purpose. Spinosad is a great, biological way to get rid of aphids. You can also add Spinosad to the plant's water supply to kill aphids lurking in the ground. Some growers use natural essential oils such as rosemary, lemon and cinnamon oil that are mixed with water and sprayed onto the leaves with a spray bottle.

Likely what madeingermany said, but where did you find it? Because it looks a little like a 4th or 5th stage bedbug.
