Couple of things here... you've got to drop your humidity - like really quickly or you'll start to see some bud rot if you haven't already... get that humidity down into the 40s... check out any VPD chart and adhere to those recommendations for your relative heat and humidity.... that SHOULD take care of the foxtailing or at least slow it down... Foxtailing, in and of itself, is not a particularly bad thing - just makes the buds look weird but if you're growing for your own consumption and don't mind what it simply LOOKS like, then who cares! If you were a commercial grower, foxtailing badly reduces the "bag appeal" and therefore is something to be avoided at all costs.
But get that humidity under control... seriously, like NOW....
