29C isn't too hot unless they are showing stress... it's near upper range of what they can tolerate.. and there will be some variance between genetics as to the exact amount any 1 plant can handle.
heat can cause "larfier" buds... not necessarily "larfy" buds. It's all relative... super dense genetics won't become larfy trash at 29C vs 25C they'll be some percent more larfy but probably indiscernable to a human eye except in extreme cases, which 29C is not. so, no worries.
see if a little adjustment to ventilation can make gas echange a bit more efficient... evaporative coolers suck ass, fyi. open tent during day? depending on current setup, you may be able to drop it 1-2 degrees with something simple like that.
run at night and dark during day.... enough overlap with your waking hours to get shit done.
