Have a led light that has a bloom that it’s total red in color . I’m week two in flower should I switch to this red only spectrum ?

The bloom light is a supplement to the grow light, so both lights on during flowering. Personally, I run both veg and bloom together from day one until harvest and believe the plants grow better this way.

Run both on all the time. The sun don't have a bloom, and veg switch.

LED lights for veg-Viparspectra xs1000 I have the viparspectra xs1000 light. I turned up to 50% intensity and plant is about 30cm from canopy. Is that right for early vegetation stage?It looks healthy to me but could be wrong. Was going to turn up to 75% later, then 100% for flower. Do I need to move closer the light?
