Have a led light that has a bloom that it’s total red in color . I’m week two in flower should I switch to this red only spectrum ?

The bloom light is a supplement to the grow light, so both lights on during flowering.
Personally, I run both veg and bloom together from day one until harvest and believe the plants grow better this way.

Run both on all the time. The sun don't have a bloom, and veg switch.

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. Lighting cycle for VEG stage. Is 24x7 OK?Hi,
Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

When did the flowering start?The LED panel, after switching (Ts600 Mars Hydro), stayed slightly on even during the dark hours.
