Have a led light that has a bloom that it’s total red in color . I’m week two in flower should I switch to this red only spectrum ?

The bloom light is a supplement to the grow light, so both lights on during flowering.
Personally, I run both veg and bloom together from day one until harvest and believe the plants grow better this way.

Run both on all the time. The sun don't have a bloom, and veg switch.

Swapping lights during floweringDo you guys think that swapping lights at the late flowering stage is going to harm my girls in any way? Been fortunate enough to be able to order myself a Viparspectra xs4000 to replace the v600. And as I understand it should be quite an upgrade.

Veg or Bloom mode for Autoflower?Hiya Folks 😊
As I'm growing an autoflower should I be using the bloom setting on my LED light instead of veg setting?
It's only a 200w system and I'm growing in a 3'x3'x6' tent.
My plant has just done 28 days from seed!!

Autoflower light cycles - adjusting mid growAutoflowers can grow in pretty much any light cycle. What are your experiences with changing light cycles mid grow? Led Light distance and power question.I have a Lumatek Attis 300w.
For the beginning of vegetation stade, I place it at 60cm of the plants and configure power on 40%.

6 weeks of veg? I got only 3Why do i see some auto or non auto diaries with 6 week of veg?
When i grew non auto i just had them 3 weeks then switch the light time and changed 400w to a 600w. I learned that because they used to get hella big. And in Auto seeds i switch the spectrum after 3 weeksWeek 7
