I provide 18'000-20'000 LUX of white LED illumination (250-300 PPFD) at the top of the plant for sprouts with the lights on for 18 hours per day. I also place a clear plastic cup upside down over the sprout to trap humidity. I leave the plastic cup in place until the sprout has been above the ground at least 3 days and is setting it's first true leaves.

Thanks for your help Grow CN! Did some additional research while waiting for a response. Found that the PPFD should be between 200 and 400 at the seedling stage 400 TO 6 00 IN THE VEG STAGE 600 TO 900 IN THE FLOWER STAGE WHICH CONVERTED TO LUX WORKS OUT TO BE 8,000 TO 16,000 IN THE SEEDLING STAGE 16,000 TO 23,500 IN THE VEG STAGE 23,500 TO 35000 IN THE FLOWERING STAGE AND NOT TO GO BEYOND 75,000 IN FEAR OF BOTH WHITEOUT AND THE PLANTS CANNOT ABSORB IT. I THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!! GROWING 1 MYSTERY SEED AND 2 LSD AUTOS in a 4x4 gorilla with T6. First time growing in a tent we'll see how it works, thanks again.

Thats a pretty heavy duty light, I would set it to its lowest power setting, and set it to 20in over seedlings. You may also be overwatering, thats a super common way to kill them as well. Good luck!
