It's my first time growing autos and i'm trying to figure out when to cut it. She is still growing some white pistils but most of them have turned brown (and most trichomes are white with a few ambar), so i don't know what to do. Do i wait or harvest?

If the flowers have stopped growing, it depends! The longer you wait the more some trichomes will turn yellow, basically the white ones contain a higher concentration of THC while the yellow ones contain CBD CBN CBG etc ... The choice is yours based on your personal taste

How to reduce yield? (without reducing quality)Can I prune down to 3 or 4 colas? When? Or better to let it grow normally and compost the extra? I've found it too easy to grow way more than I can use. I have two drying options for my one plant. Wine fridge with perfect temp or closet with perfect humidity. Which is best?Should I dry my one plant in a wine fridge with a compressor that causes the humidity to fluctuate between 50-70% but can be set to a perfect 60f, or should I dry in a closet with perfect 60% humidity but temp at a steady 74f with no way to lower it?
